I have had fibre bb installed. No order number came with the text order confirmation and so I can't access my account/bills info etc.

Also in the app there is no 'Bills & Payments' tab.

What am i supposed to do to check my account has been set up correctly???

@jim6707 You should have received e-mails from EE throughout the process, does one of them not detail your account number. And if/when/new to EE you would have had limited time to set up your ID, can you login with an EE ID? If not then call EE CS and have agent setup/check etc.

Yes I should have received emails but I did not, they were txts and none contain the order number. I didn't need it to log in but i do need it for my accounts.

Ofc I can ring EE but I've already spent hours sorting out my fibre installation because OPENREACH FAILED TO TURN UP ON THE DAY😠

@jim6707 If you have had a DD payment you should find it on that at your bank details possibly?

Now you see my issue, it's not on my bank account yet. I've had other companies mess me around and that's why I'm trying to check billing details.

Rang the number, pressed option 1 was cut off. Tried 3 times and have now given up. Impossible to deal with this poor level of customer service but now I'm trapped for 24 months. Many thanks to Sean Bean.

I'm in the same boat. Tried multiple times but got the same promises and no action. Then it occured to me thaIt surely the provision of an itemised bill must be part of the contract and therefore EE are breaking the contract.I also have a mobile contract with them but this is a 30 day rolling contract which can be cancelled without penalty. I plan on doing  this and see what they say.

@jagsman1949 If you wish to have an itemised bill, and as so posted out to you then call EE CS and have then set it up for you, it will cost you extra per month to do so, and same applies if that is requested for your mobile also.
