I am a new customer placed order for broadband and have received no email confirmation spoke to 3 different people on phone today all saying it will arrive within an hour yet still nothing i am worried as they have my direct debit details now that they will charge me for something I don't even have.

Check your junk folder for the email.
It's however likely nothing will be processed until Tuesday.

yes keep checking my junk nothing in there, surely the people I spoke to would of told me that instead of telling me that I would get an email within an hour.

@rose19561 Billing will not start until after the activation date that you would have been informed on possibly in your telephone conversations with the EE guides, DD happens about 7 day's later for your first payment, up until that point EE will not open up the DD system to create your payment structure. Normally its about 14 days from order getting the broadband if coming from another ISP, bit quicker if BT - EE transfer.
