We had a power cut this morning and since then I can't reconnect our WiFi. I've tried all restarts including factory reset but it just has a green light and every 30 seconds or so a quick white flash then back to green. Can anyone help please?

That's continually trying to start up. Looks like it's not completely broken but is frazzled. Call CS & ask for a replacement router.

@JW8114 When you did the factory reset did it look like it followed when holding the button until the front light changed colour or just kept doing what it is doing, green/flash white etc?
