Following my switch from BT to EE earlier this week, my BT mail accounts are all down this morning. Too much of a coincidence? Tried syncing using mobile data but no difference.
Is there a known issue or is the problem mine? Called EE Customer Services but not willing to hang on for an answer for 1.5 hours!
Help please!

@Merantun EE does not provide email services, you would be better reporting it to BT.
That said there have been a couple of other reports of the same issue today.

Tried to do that via BT website but can no longer access my email accounts! What a disaster.

Given that one of the reassurances (benefits) of BT Group consumer customers moving from BT Broadband to EE Broadband is that they will retain their existing BT email service it is reasonable that as they receive this service by virtual of their EE contract that EE provide reasonable support and information.

@zulu17 not an unreasonable thought, but this is not customer service,, and there will no doubt be a way to get to the right area via EE customer service, but the BT Forum will have more people aware of the issue.

@Mustrum Don't believe a word off it, spin the coin and just say it's all right on the night, give it all a couple off day's to settle down now. Quick check earlier this morning on the BT Forum boy was it hot to trot!!!
