Likewise. A total nightmare when renewing my contrct with BT on 22 July 24 was informed that I had to go digital with EE (we know there is no fibre in our village and doubt that there ever will be - engineer cofirmed ours would still come via overhead line). I have nothing but problems since that date. Have had conversations with I don't know how many different customer service advisor, mostly conctradictory. Had two different engineers out both telling me diffenet things. Had one brilliant advisor - Cheryl from Dundee - the only one person who called me back when she said she would and on the date we agreed, however Cheryl went as far as she could in terms of trying to resolve my issues. I was passed to Cheryl's supervisor Sue, who passed my problem onto the specialist team. Sue was to call me back unfortunately Sue has been off ill so Jacqui has taken over and has found, yet again, a problem with my line outside of our house. No one has informed us of this, it is not the first time and each time it is supposed to be fixed by a certain date this obviously has not happened. I am now on call 48 between myself and EE, 17 pages of A4 notes. Today 22 November - 17 WEEKS later we are still not at the end of the problems. Today I received a text stating that I could track my fault on ee.co.uk/go/fault tracker, unfortunately this message appears when I go to the webpage (I have cut and pasted below!!!)
Sorry! We couldn't find that page ..
I will be writing to the Ombudsman, an absolutely ridiculous situation. I have been with BT for over 50 years and never had problems as this before. I am also fed up with EE stating that my complaint has been closed. I have had to re-open it no end of times! I have better things to do with my life than to spend it waiting for EE.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label)?
What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
"Digital" refers to the phone line. It is independent of Fibre for the BB.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
