Thanks for coming here.

What is happening when you are trying to access your bill?

Please can someone help?  I joined EE on Thurs 5 December 2024 and the company has sent me my first bill, however every time I try to access it there's a screen saying opps! Something has gone wrong please refresh or try again later.  I've been trying over two days and still can't access it.  What do I need to do?  Thanks for the help. JillP1

@JillP1 Do you know what your account number is, and with the EE app have you linked the EE ID and the BB account to each other, or had EE CS do that for you?

Linking Your EE Products | Profile Help | EE

I have to use the website to communicate so don't use apps.  Is there any way round it just using the website?  Thanks

@JillP1 It is the same when using the web site, when you log in to your EE ID, you still have to link your BB account if it has not already been done for you by EE CS!

Thanks Jim.  My transfer was done by phone so I've probably missed that instruction in all the terms and conditions etc.  I'll get on to Customer Service and ask them to do it, if I can't.
