Who is coming round at night trying to set up appointments for putting in new routers?

@Anne170348   No one will come round to make an appointment.  You are given a date when an engineer will come round if one is needed.     The engineer will be an open reach engineer.

Could it be 1 of the new alt-net BB suppliers, principally CityFibre & their retailers, Voda, TT, GigaNet & iDNet, trying to sell you not just a router but a complete BB connection. Usually they mailshot "The Occupier" 1st.
