Oh, are you getting BB from BT?
If your router has the choice between 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi bands connect the device to the 2.4 GHz SSID. If it doesn't temporarily disable the 5 GHz band.

No, EE & BT are separate ISPs with their own systems, products & prices. Sounds like you should be enquiring of the BT Community.
