Hi everyone ,

I have just switched from plusnet to EE because of wanting a home phone. Switchover went very well , and have been using the new service for a few days now.

However I  keep getting emails saying its time to switch on my new hub. The one today said its my final reminder to switch on the hub.  It's taken me seconds to write this , I will not try to get through on the phone as I am up to my eye's with work.

Just wanted to put this out there and wondered if anyone has experienced the same.

Thanks for your time.

@Gary240 If you have the new EE Hub on connected and using, will be worth contacting EE by phone so they can double check the match, understand you are busy with work but it is best you deal with it also. If you do not wish to call them you could try the text message to them, just do HELP to 66033 and have EE test out the connection.

Thank you very much for that.
