I've been trying to sort this out for my mother as I deal with the bill because she's not good with technology. So we've had a new fibre with landline fitted a few weeks ago and the new landline is working but some people can't get through to them. If you plug a phone into the old landline there is a dialling tone and they can get through on that one, so technically they have 2 landlines and either one can ring at any time. Has anybody else had this problem ?, I've contacted EE over 2 weeks ago now and the issue is still ongoing and to be honest the customer service is quite appalling to say the least and not even a follow-up email or call back as I requested.

@giovannac Have you checked to see if both lines have the same number? Either call your mobile, or dial 17070 and it should announce the number?
You can at least then narrow down the issue and report who is not able to get through.
