New Full Fibre EE/BT is worst internet I’ve ever used

I’ve used EE for over 17 years and the full fibre broadband EE/BTis the worst I’ve ever used.
I’m severely disabled, my cctv is going off, my tv is streaming as I don’t watch live tv, it’s constantly buffering.
Internet wouldn’t work upstairs, I had to go on the phone for over 2 hours to get it fixed.
I’ve always thought EE was the best provider, I rang up to leave and go to virgin, but EE offered me a cracking deal, but it’s constantly letting us down. I don’t have the energy to constantly have to reconnect everything. Their customer service is awful. My husband wanted me to stay with EE as their customer service has been outstanding, but since taking over BT, even the customer service team has admitted they are struggling. I was charged for 2 broadband accounts for 3 months as EE forgot to cancel my old one.  It took months to get a refund.
I spend hours on the phone, only for an advisor to tell me they have checked my line and there are no issues. Like I’m a liar. My broadband is slow, it switches itself off almost daily. It’s stressful as I get no help and I’m treat like I’m an idiot. I used to be a project manager in IT, before being medically retired, I’m not stupid. Has anyone had similar issues with the full fibre, as I’m seriously thinking of ditching it, going to the ombudsman as I’ve tried raising a complaint, only to be told there are no issues.

I have been speed problems because BT hub 2 routers are crap and mine has played up for 6months and EE say they cannot fix the problem. I have now contacted the ombudsman. EE have a solution and that is to supply the new wifi 7 router, but they will not do that because they want you to upgrade to get it and pay more for the privilege even though they are taking your money now and not delivering what you are paying for.

Hi,

Sorry you are having so much trouble,  I really know what it is like to get any joy out of EE they are useless to say the least. My full fibre has been bad from the day it was fitted and I have now gone to the ombudsman to try and get it sorted, it maybe an option for you, and they replied really quickly.

Agreed, this is the worst internet provider next to Talk Talk, who are the worst on the planet. They get your speed up then strangle your connection two weeks later. I can't even get over 10mb on 1GB. If anyone thinking of EE, forget it. I'm at a loss who to go with in the future.

i I have had two online interviews which disconnected

just started a new job and have to do online training at home and it’s playing up still

my partner has the same issues as she works from home

Would you believe it ! It disconnected half way through this post

Total Rubbish

@Ricardo30 When did you do the Writing Complaint to EE, up to 8 weeks is the response for the complaints process.

EE Complaints Code of Practice

Months ago just gave up

But it is causing issues with security cctv

my partners work

@Ricardo30 You should find out why you have not had it resolved or a deadlock letter from EE to let you leave penalty free for another BB supplier then!

Why did you not escalate it to EE's ADR after 6 weeks?
