New EE's Full Fibre BB (FTTP) only running at max 950mb ? Should be 1.6 Gbps ! 

I had my new install today and its only running at max 950mb down and 115 up and it should be 1.6gbps 

I have the new EE SMART Hub ! Can someone advise ?   I have Cat 8 Cable connected to the Yellow Ethernet ports. 

Does it matter what port you put it in as its not got any label or marks to say otherwise. please advise as I am paying £25 more to get these faster speeds that I don't currently get.

Installed TP Deco BE11000 today !  Super easy to install,       Plug CAT 8 cable direct in to BT fibre socket and connect in to the DECO  

Scan barcode on setup page and follow !

Getting max speed download now  1.4GB and 114 up with a 6 PING ¬  🙂 Happy days
