I have just switched from BT to EE. I still have the same BT router and smart wifi discs. I cannot get neither the EE app nor the BT app to connect to the router so cannot see the network connections and signal strength to relocate discs. How can I connect to this dogs breakfast?

The EE app doesn't work with BT SH2.

Being an EE user I don't much about the BT app for BB & so I only addressed the EE app aspect.
Providing you still have access to your BT app I would've thought it would still work with BT routers, but as I understand it BT are closing users' MyBT when moving them to EE.

@XRaySpeX Yes from the April onwards FW update to the BT Smarthub2 and more than likely the (2023) EE one as well as they both share the same FW version, the EE app works to the Router now but not with all the features available to later Routers!
