Unless you've already got the right type of connection installed, an engineer will 1st need to visit to installed it.

What is the name of the EE BB plan have ordered including its speed? What have you got there at the mo'?

Im with vodafone at the mo on their 900mb line and the service and equipment is tripe so going with ee 1600 line

@dantheman121 Until the EE activation date then the Router and account will block the equipment from working, and possible that OR will need to attend and swap out the ONT to a higher speed version for your line. You can plug power on to it and connect Ethernet/Wireless set it all up and have it ready to go though!
