New 1.6gbps service.

Hi. Activation date was 25th April. Still can't see any of my plan details on the EE app/website.

When I press wifi controls on EE app it tells me my hub needs updating. So I press done and its stuck updating. But never actually updates anything. I cannot use parental controls or WiFi controls and within a house of 4 children. This is a must. I need this sorting ASAP. I have rebooted the router and factory reset it too. Wiped cache and app data of the EE app and uninstalled and reinstalled. Both on android and ios to no avail. Still stuck on this screen.

@Brugie58 Not so good for you then, dont understand why you were not connected up on the fttp as is, the 1.6Gb/s is really only replacement of the ONT with a new 2.5Gb/s network interface, requires a real router to get there, you can forget about using any of the EE routers that they have currently, must be that the current service is not available, you may have a long wait.

@Phillipbr00ks I really think that you are going to have to call CS, and get to someone in Technical Support for broadband to get your issue fixed, it may be there is an account issue so until you call and i know its a pain you maybe stuck. If there is anything i can do to help by looking at android app settings let me know, but not a phone whizz that's for sure.  Mobile for me is not the way to go, would rather everything was on a web interface, but it is what it is...
