Good morning all! Netflix have removed lots of shows from our list and just left the global shows as it thinks we are using a VPN. We are not nor never have... they say that I need to change the settings in my router that show up as though we have a VPN engaged.
Could anyone please explain to me how to change these settings? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried the previous suggestion of turning the router off for 30 mins in order to be assigned a new IP address, to rule out of that is the issue?
Is it just a specific device you are having the issue on, can you watch ok on other devices?
