Need help with Bufferbloat or fix?

Bad latency in games, constant ping spikes and packet loss. I was having these issues for awhile now and only recently did a buffer bloat test and as you can see the Upload latency is way higher than it should be and this is the problem. its the same wireless and wired so its nothing to do with my hardware. Is there a fix for this?net.png

I use a raspberry pi as my router but the EE hub feeds it the internet, and disabled the EE wifi as use my own unifi wifi, but wasn't sure I could bypass the EE router if it was locked behind a username and passwords. I tried to just bypass it but lost internet so assume I need some sort of username/password.

@SparkiUK : In Using & Configuring a Third Party Router > Full Fibre you'll find everything you need to set up your router incl. the BB PPPoE creds. which are now the same as BT's. Ignore the stuff about VLAN for FF.

@SparkiUK Yes you will need to set it up as a third part hub, linked below and DO NOT do anything with vlan it is NOT needed.
