Hello,
I just got a new contract with EE for my mobile and broadband, had an engineer coming last week to do the installation and the router is not working after requesting a new one that came this week and is not working either, the light keeps biping in orange and nothing works. Could someone help me with this please?

Have you left it for 5 mins to see if the light changes.
Have you connected the router up correctly.
