Someone help my we equipment has not arrived in time for my go live in morning

I go live in morning but my equipment has not arrived I'm supposed to have it plugged in so it can be made live by 8am yet it's 5pm an no equipment what do I do

You don't go live at any particular time on your "go live" date. It can be at any time up to midnight on that date.

W/out knowing what type of BB you had on PO & now on EE it is not possible to say whether that PO router will work.
