My WiFi order gets turned on Tomorrow but I’ve still not had my router delivered

Hi I’ve ordered the WiFi and it gets turned on tomorrow I still haven’t received my router is it normal for it to be delivered so late

No, it should be received at least 1 working day before the install but if you're migrating your BB (not WiFi) from BT you may be expected to continue using your BT router.

@DDubbs Can you not also look in your account and see what the order status has, normally all the details are there, from start to finish.
