How to login to Read Billings ?

I thought i worked out how to get this yesterday, but its now not working.

How do i login on desktop to see billings ?

@UTS1885 goto https://ee.co.uk then login to your account, select manage, then select manage, bills and payments.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

So i use email address ? ive not got any login details 

Ive been switched from BT to EE and maybe i need another ID ?

Wil ring them as there looks to be a big problem with linking after going from BT to EE and exising ee id mobile account.

@UTS1885 Your EE ID is the account, and to that account you have the mobile account linked to it, you also need to have the Broadband Account linked to your EE ID account, so ONE EE ID, linked both mobile and broadband, this is what you need.

I have one login and can see 1 mobile account with 2 phone numbers attached to it, and also the BB account.

Thanks for the reply.

Whats made things hard is i didnt get the email disclosing the ID or account number from the start.

I will need to ring up 'again' because my existing EE mobile ID is causing an issue i think as it wont link to the BB and says i need to ring them. Looking on this forum it appears this is a problem others have had most of this year.

If it isn't letting you link the account yourself, giving our team a call is the best option and they'll be able to help to get it all linked up so you can manage your mobile and broadband account through the same EE ID.

Thanks for the advice and after speaking to ee billings on the phone, im hoping that my new broadband will be merged to my existing mobile phone account and i will be able to view it all.
