My Internet is not working

Hello everyone , my internet has stopped working. It made me pay the bill and is still not resolved i tried clearing the dns thing and still nothing is working.

@JamesHannah  It made you pay the bill !!!       Not that your contract states you pay the bill on time and you agreed to that or you get cut off, or after the bill has been paid after being cut off it can take up to 24 hours before you get a working service again.
