Moving in?

Got a letter saying someone is moving in and if this isn’t the case to let them know by the 4th of April just got the letter today had no emails or anything in my EE home just wondering if this is probably a scam

No one is moving in and I’ve never even changed it in years 

@Jaystew  Best to call customer services about this. 

Looks like someone, prob a potential neighbour, has given your addy by mistake. Call CS to try & refuse the takeover.
