Hello all.
We purchased the EE Full Fibre Max 900 package, 24-month contract and moved into a rented property, we've served 12 months of the contract.
The landlord has decided to sell the house and served us our notice, which isn't a problem for us. The new property we are moving into doesn't support the package we have above, only the normal Fibre.
We are just wondering if it's possible for the contract to be cancelled early since EE can't provide the service paid for at the new address? Otherwise, we'd be using EE forever more, it's been flawless.
Furthering this, is there an uninstall cost for the removal of FTTP should we or the new owner wish to have it removed?
Thanks in advance,

You will have to take whatever EE offers you at the new addy unless EE decides it cannot offer you anything there & cancels your contract.
There is no charge for ceasing FTTP. You just leave the kit there.

Hey @XRaySpeX,
Thanks for that confirmation, that makes sense. At least we can continue to use EE, even if it's not the fast speed we've been having.
Cheers for the solution!
