Where can I find DKI reference number

EE's cancellation form asks for a reference number starting with DKI but it's in none of my emails and doesn't seem to be visible in my EE account online either. Thank you

I don't think you get a DKI Ref no. with EE Home BB. You might find it in your online MyEE for BB under MY ACCOUNT > Orders
