Hi All
I am concerned at my move from BT to EE as the phone call to upgrade to FTTP with BT went OK BUT the switch to EE has not gone through. The order was cancelled as no land line added. The EE order on line is not working as the system has not updated. Several hours on the phone and again another phone call on Friday night needed.
Been with BT for years over 25 and paying £130 a month and seem to be stuck with a system that does not allow changes.
Do we have any Managers or Moderators who can review and update customers orders.
I am seeing many other comments on this forum and others.
Need some HELP to get the order placed correctly and at the correct price.

@Jay9-9-9 The answer to that is a NO, you need to call an EE CS and sort it all out, there is NO account access through the Forum so you may as well be spiderman from the planet zog!

I am trying to become a EE customer and getting concerned at how many calls and hours it takes and still stuck with an order that has not been cancelled as the EE/BT staff call handler forgot to add the landline.
So far spent a few hours Tues and Weds and Thurs getting nowt sorted.
I have been promised a phone call Fri night and with luck and lets hope a manager reads this and may be a moderator can review to make sure the order goes live and correctly.
