Hi folks
I have just joined EE for their broadband and landline. I already have their mobile phone package however not everything in my kit has arrived today and tomorrow it’s due to be switched on.I have just joined EE for their broadband and landline. I’m considered vulnerable with Sky and therefore I was able to get somebody Out Of Hours when I needed to but with EE it seems nobody is manning any Out Of Hours cause at all which I’m actually very concerned about?

You'll need to call CS in the AM & report the missing item.

@Smokaijo Also when speaking to EE CS about the missing item, check the Vulnerable status with them and all that it entails, you will find it very different to what sky have. And depending on the package or if you did not Addon you may not be getting Free Extenders from EE.
