On the 6th Sept I ordered

Fiber + broadband without landline

Smart WiFi  services and equipment

We received a contract summary but nothing we can use to track our shipment.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I didn’t receive an order number just a copy of the contract.

EE does not provide shipping information for the broadband router, it is normally sent via Royal Mail a few days before your service is due to go live.
