We received a contract summary but nothing we can use to track our shipment.

EE does not provide shipping information for the broadband router, it is normally sent via Royal Mail a few days before your service is due to go live.

Have you looked in your MyEE for BB at Orders & Track an order & Track your Broadband Equipment ?
