Hi when playing online games, the EE service keeps kicking me off the internet. Is there anything I can do? The 5ghz and 2.5ghz are already separate. I have my Xbox wired by ethernet cable to the router but keeps connecting and disconnecting randomly. However, when streaming content via ethernet cable to Xbox or via WiFi to the TV/Google Chromecast, it works seamlessly - Very frustrating when dropping out of a game as the connection is lost!
Please help.
