Minimum download gaurantee on fibre max 300?

I just ordered Fibre Max Broadband 300. The order confirmation says the "Your Minimum Guaranteed Download Speed will be 300.30 Mb/s." However, when I spoke with BT (my current provider) this morning they said that the quoted minimum from EE is not strictly possible on the Openreach network and that the best minimum that can be offered is 150Mb/s. Has anyone else got a guaranteed minimum of 300Mb/s and is it achieved?

@tobyjmoss   So why are BT advertising you can have up to  900 Mb.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Fibre Max isn't the Full Fibre (FTTP) that's up to 1000 Meg; it's G.Fast up to 330 Meg.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
