@shakey19811 The BT router works fine all the way up to a FF900 connection, struggles a little on WiFi above the 600Mb/s mark so on a FF500 connection wither it be EE or BT there is a good chance when you have a BT Smart Hub 2 as the Router then EE are just not going to switch it out for you.

Time to do it all depends on the Infrastructure side and the OR Engineer/Contractor that get's assigned so allow typical 7 to 21 days for the changeover, EE should give you an Estimated date for it all to happen in.

@shakey19811 See from your post last week you were getting a little bit ready for it all, regarding EE and the BT hub, if not already got then a RJ45 Ethernet cable to connect that BT Smart Hub 2 port 4 marked WAN to the ONT Lan connection possibly may be sent to you, it is i think 1.5 to 2 Metres in length, does restrict were OR sticks your ONT and the Hub position.

There is nothing worse than the ONT/Hub bad position for the wireless wifi signal around the home, so if you do have to move the Hub then a longer Ethernet cable is the requirement, and that is really for you to sort out, the installation team is a hit and run get it in and done, but that is all they have time to do, next job is always looming for them and if they are assigned to get a couple done in a day.
