Hi all!, Just migrated over from BT to EE,(long time user of the BT community forum) phew....the hassle! Everything went live with the new package this morning but wrong mobile number linked to my account, new EE hub and wifi equipment delayed, no information on my new EE account number and how to get to my products and payments pages, Digital voice setup not originally working, in credit for nearly a 3 figure sum from BT account....where has it gone, endless phone calls, to arrive here where hopefully everything has been sorted (apart from the EE equipment still in transit). When i phoned BT last week as my contract expired was told there would be no hassle and was a simple process...if only that was correct! Just praying that this all works out and not having any more issues as my 14 day cooling off period may come into focus, been with BT for more years than i care to mention, just wish all of the above was better explained when my contract was renewed late last week!
