Hi,
I have lost the ability to manage my EE Wi-Fi 7 network from within the EE app, I have updated the the latest version of the software on my iPhone - select manage and then broadband. I get a spinning circle for a few moments then an error message “something went wrong” any ideas as trying to get through to support is next to impossible with the new visual agent!

Have you been able to try to delete the app and install it again to make sure that is up to date as well?
