My account was also one transferred from BT by an enthusiastic EE in shop salesperson 

a pattern is emerging?

The make a complaint page says dial 150?

I did add a phone number started 0800 but the EE PEOPLE on here don’t want you to see this.

but my massage was edited.

next time you phone push them on the free phone number.

I been having the same issue its taken 2 months so far and still can't do it - I came from BT too so I presume someones messed up - complaints team are still no help - it seems like an issue and EE are in denial over it existing at all 10 months and ill take our internet and phones elsewhere

Yes your bang on ,denial.

no honesty from EE whatsoever app website rubbish but they won’t admit it.

all you get on here is the EE staff telling you to dial 150.AGAIN.

Easy to work them out as they won’t agree it rubbish.

Next steps?

Wait 6 weeks or you get a letter of deadlock & then escalate to Ombudsman.
