Is anyone else still experiencing no broadband connection on the higher speed 1.6gb?
Had no service since Friday evening and was told Friday night there are aware of the situation and it would be sorted asap. I phoned yesterday (Sat) and again was told it should be back on by that evening.
Now it's Sunday morning and still no joy.
Anyone else in same the boat?

Yes! Having the same issue, I’ve called multiple times and every time I’m told it will be fixed the same day, I’m now 7 days without WiFi. Unacceptable. They sent me a mini hub to ‘tie me over’ until it’s sorted, but this cannot be a long term fix.

@Chloe1241 Same advice for you, the FW fix was all rolled out over a week ago, so you may have to check further or do the HELP to 66033 for a line test!
