Linking Broadband account to Mobile account

I’m trying to link my broadband account to my mobile account - I’ve tried via the EE App without success being told my personal information is incorrect and also the help via 150. Any help or advice please

Other way round! You mean linking your Home BB to your mobile phone a/c? That's what you asked for in your OP.
