Hi, I'm trying to link my broadband account to my pone account on ee app but getting a error message

@Arnoldnobrega Would also try to do it on another device if you possibly can, PC/Laptop as an option.

I've tried on my laptop and getting exactly the same message

Sorry to report but this 'solution' is no help at all.

@LHannanK You can only but try, if it does not work then it is a call to EE CS to see if they can sort whatever the issue is!

This issue is ridiculous. You can't even see the broadband bill. Why can't EE resolve this issue? Unbelievable

Is your broadband account showing as linked in your EE account and you are unable to view the bills? 

Or, are you unable to link the account?

Unable to link my EE Broadband to my account. Someone from EE is calling me tomorrow about it. I made a complaint.
