Link broadband account

Hi can anyone help? Finally received broadband acct info. via 150 to link  my broadband acct within  the app, tried unsuccessful for several days and fed up of waiting on 150 for support! Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this resolved ? Thanks

In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.

Hi, Still uable to link broadband account in the app, checked I have the correct account info. called '150' for further support on too many times to add. Regrettably unable to resolve . Opened online 'chat session' very Disappointed with this particular route!  Now raised a complaint, hopefully this will finally resolve the issue... However, Lots of post with the same issues of linking accounts within the 'ee mobile app', Is there a FIX ? Can any one help in the wider community ;?

I have the same problem with the app, 150 have not been any help a couple of operators have been honest and told me it has been a problem for months. I have raised a complaint with EE but they have not got back to me yet. I think the next move is to ask for a refund as EE are not supplying the contracted service.

Have you had any joy with this. I can't see my bill online or in the app, but I can hear it if I call. Really rubbish.
