I've recently changed from sky to ee I'm wondering how long it takes for them to get back to you to tell you if they've accepted tonoay your early leaving fee

Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee:

The amount of the termination charges will be credited to your EE account within 28 days of us receiving your bill with the early termination charges. 
...

No credits will be applied in the first 14 days after your service starts.
