Leaving EE

I’ve decided to leave EE broadband and tv.  If I put in a request with another provider what happens. They are offering exactly the same for almost half the price. I just want to exit but not have to ring up.

I can’t see any links to contact you and give notice apart from the trauma of ringing.

Thanks

@sdjefferies Not been with sky since march so not kept up with them as banned from the site BB wise, they did not have a wifi 7 hub unless you were in a 2.5/5Gb/s service area supplied by the non OR fibre. CityFibre is the Fibre network for that wifi7 hub, but some have been able to outright buy it assuming from sky. DO NOT go sky max unless you are happy to use a mobile and the sky mobile app, and also there pods for poor wireless wifi distribution around the home. Sky community forum is the place for you to look.

FF Full Fibre connection was A OK, zero problems and speed was there all the time FF500 connection for me.
