Hi @JMACLAREN10

Welcome to the community.

Do you know when the third engineer is due to come? Hopefully they're updated with what has happened and are able to get you fully set up soon.

Please keep us updated with what happens.

FYI - posting in all capitals on the internet is widely regarded as shouting and thus rude.

I'd recommend checking your caps lock.

I think I’d ‘shout’ too. I’m not far off 80 and am having the same long drawn out problems with the switch to fibre which why I came on here. I’ve found contacting by mobile phone arduous and technicians have frequently implied the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.  The things we aren’t told before being lured down the fibre rabbit hole.  I’ll try phoning again…..

@Dymphna2  but that’s shouting at other customers of EE,   Do you shout at others because of issues that’s not their fault?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Dymphna2 If you also wish to let the Forum know what your particular problem is, then there may be a help or solution put forward for you to try, If you have a new system you can text HELP to 66033, that will start of EE having a look see at YOUR system and taking it from there. The link below will explain.

HI

I had the same issue when I moved from BT to EE. My landline worked but it was not my phone number. It took about 6 weeks for BT to close my account so that my home phone number could be ported to my EE account. I still can't see my broadband package on my account and now get paper bills for 3 months while they try to sort it out. Apparently I am one of thousands. EE gave me £9 credit for the paper bills.

In your circumstances I hope they sort it quick for you and you go ahead and shout as much as you want 🙂

@Mark165   So shouting at other customers is what you’ll recommend as after all this a public forum not customer support.    And if you shout at customer support they are very entitled to put the phone down on you then you wouldn’t be happy would you.
So do you think someone on here is deserving of help because they shout.

It’s just pain old rude and speak to other’s how you what people to speak to you.
   That’s basic good manners
