I have just transferred from BT to EE. I have registered my existing digital phones to my new hub. Now my phone does ring when I get an incoming call but there is no sound when answering and I am unable to make an outgoing call. Any advice?

@Neil8568 It all takes a little time for the EE DV service to get its self sorted on the router, it's between 24 to 72hrs estimated, as posted various on the forum, so not sure how long since you transferred and setup, get you contacts exported of the BT router so you can import to the EE, or you have to do all over again manually.
Home Services, Digital Home Phone above is the area to look at for all the DV problems that are going on, heads up.👍

Hi. My contract started 28th October so would have thought long enough to kick in?

@Neil8568 Would say so by now, seems to be a 4 day transfer BT - EE, you can either do the automatic test, is supposed to do the phone, but who knows at least you should be called back, link is below. Use the phone text from a mobile registered that EE know about to you and your account.
Contact Us To Request Technical Support for Broadband and Landline | EE
And it is one of those, please switch of the modem. or do a reset, so be prepared for the response.

Does anyone from EE read this forum. I think I will contact Which as the whole landline issues is ridiculous and we should be offered an explanation or compensation for lack of service.
