Just upgraded to EE's Smart Hub Plus router. For some reason the EE App cannot find the router despite me being connected to the correct WiFi network and so i'm unable to access the WiFi controls.
Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

Happened to me. Just 1 of half a dozen issues in the transition from BT to EE, the subject of a global complaint. They fixed it then did a remote reset on the router, which killed one of my extenders. Replacement just came today.
Start by ringing 150 for the broadband team.

@Veetox If you have just upgraded from when to what, was the EE app used for anything prior to the router upgrade, and is the account as you would expect when you look at it. Takes time for everything to gel together.
