Last night our broadband stopped working. Openreach modem LAN light stays off (PowerON, LOS OFF, POS ON) and EE router SH13B green only (never cyan). Tried signal checks from customer service. AC power resets, modem and router factory resets, new LAN cables. Router will not go to cyan as data does not seem to be transferring from modem to router. Pulling hair out after 4 hours. Called customer service around 7pm but my text message aren’t sending so unable to arrange engineer. Need an engineer to attend. Please help asap. Many thanks. Rick.

@Rickythorpe At this time now the EE CS will be closed, so early tomorrow to deal with it from 8.00am onwards.
Http://192.168.1.254 and status and advanced technical logs will give you a better connection status idea.

Did you manage to resolve this issue? Mine is doing the same thing now.
