Hi I set up a broadband order on Friday and was tokdctge router would be delivered on Monday.
I was told I would receivexa confirmation email.
I was given an account number and an order reference.
I tried setting up a My EE account but when I entered my account number it said it was invalid. I then entered the order reference in tge tracking box and it said it was invalid.
Will call EE tomorrow but wondering if this is normal?
Also my husband has a My EE account for our two mobiles and was told we couldn't put the broadband on the same accoubt as accounts can only have two items.
Trying to set up a My EE account just for the broadband is xausing problems.
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
Any advice aporeciated.

Have you received any tracking information this morning? Once you receive the router and your broadband is connected, our customer support team will do their best to link your accounts.
