@RichD10 Which EE Extender, there is one for the 7 Pro Hub, and a different one for the 7 Plus?

The EE WiFi Extender 7 + is the only EE extender to use with the EE Smart Hub 7 +.

However you may use other non-EE generic Mesh & extender systems with that router.
