I am still suffering with latency spikes as seen from my previous post, however they are becoming much worse now.
I wanted to see if connecting my Xbox to my router via ethernet would stop these spikes from happening at all. I took my Xbox and ethernet cable and plugged them in and connected the ethernet cable to the hub. At first, nothing happened and my Xbox didn't go online. Around 5 minutes later, the Xbox connected to the network however nothing loaded and then eventually I got put offline again. This Xbox has no issues at all with connecting to ethernet as I connected to my repeater around 20 minutes prior. I left the Xbox for around 15-20 minutes and it would randomly go online and then would go back offline. I tried different ethernet ports on the hub however it didn't make a difference. I have come to the conclusion that the hub's ethernet ports may be dodgy.
I have struggled with this latency from when I first went with EE and it is now becoming much worse. I have ran the command "ping 1.1.1.1 -t" on Windows 11 terminal as an administrator and I would often time out or get pings that took 2-3 whole seconds.
Please can somebody help me with this, it is really getting on my nerves as it is now getting the point I can't even call my friends on Xbox or on PC (PC is wired to a repeater, I am unable to set it up where I can wire it to my hub), I can't play any PvP games as I am at a huge disadvantage as I get teleported around and often lag out of the games.
Any advice is appreciated, I just really want this issue gone. Thank you.

Yes, the SSID for EE and the TP-Link are the same but like you said, the TP-Link SSID has _ext after the EE SSID.
Also I feel as if I should clear up that I only purchased this repeater as I was suffering with latency spikes and I thought I would give it a go to see if it would fix my spikes.
I think the repeater has nothing to do with my spikes, as like I said, I was suffering with these latency spikes since I moved to EE; when I moved to EE I didn't own this repeater.

I did a bit of tinkering with the TP-Link and changed it's DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) and it has increased my speed, however the spikes are still there.
In these screenshots, the bottom spike is in sync with both terminals. Also, this device is connected via ethernet to the TP-Link repeater.
