Same here, in Suffolk. My phone was connected just fine & working great. I couldn't get my Macbook to connect to my personal router I have connected to my EE Smart Hub. Then everything fell apart from there. Tried to connect to the EE router, and it doesn't work. Hit the reset button, and no indication from the light to show me it's reacting. The light is green and about every minute, it turns off for 2-3 seconds. Looks like my OpenReach device is working fine, so it can only be EE.

It's been rubbish ever since they put the 5g mast in, calls dropping, no signal, slow, buffering etc

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.
Have you just joined EE BB or were you already with EE BB?
What lights are showing on the router?
What does it say after you log into the router:
Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the (Broadband) IP address. This might tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?
Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
