Ive had EE full fibre since December 2023 first week was fine no issues then all of a sudden it dropped off for no reason all 3 lights on the ONT were green but no internet connection this lasted over 11 days and i ended up receiving £149 in auto compensation.
Every since this happened and it just came back online itself on 3rd January i get drop offs few times a week im fed up of EE telling me to just monitor the situation and then they leave it at that there has been zero offer of an engineer to come out and check the line
I can check the power levels myself working in this sector which are running at -15db so power levels are not an issue what is an issue is my internet is dropping off several times a week and EE are not even bothering to look into this issue.
I use my own eero wifi 6 pro routers as i refuse to either pay £68 a month for the full works or £10 a month for their boosters
EE router works fine downstairs but upstairs lucky to get 2 bars on the wifi signal when the internet drops i will plug in the EE super hub and i get a flashing orange light for way over 1 hour.
in my opinion the eero routers work better i am on fibre 900

@chris34741 As long as your Openreach ONT Modem with the PON led's is red then there is an error with the fibre connection.
This has nothing to do with EE, and is a fault with Openreach fibre to the exchange, unless you happen to have a bad ONT modem. You need to watch this led on occasions that this occurs. If you power of the ONT to reboot it, and it comes back green then contact customer service and explain your issue is with the ONT modem. Hope this helps.
