I placed an order for broadband Internet on January 15 and still haven't received a connection. I would like to know when an engineer will come to connect the Internet?

If you placed your order online, you would usually choose an installation date as part of the process, and receive an email with the confirmation of your engineer appointment.
If you haven't received anything, and there was nothing in the spam or junk folder of your email, I'd recommend giving our broadband guides a call so they can look at your order and see what is happening.
